Arkas Railway Transportation commenced its operations in November 2022 under the brand name of Arkas Rail. The company operates as part of Arkas Holding, which is among the top conglomerates in Türkiye. Our new company, Arkas Rail, builds on over 20 years of operational experience and has been established under the guidance of Arkas Logistics, a company that has been operating in the logistics sector for over 25 years.

As part of its commitment to offering dependable, eco-friendly, and technologically advanced logistics solutions, Arkas Rail is investing in hybrid locomotives. This investment will enable Arkas Rail to become the third Railway Train Operator (RTO) in Türkiye. By utilizing its own locomotives, Arkas Rail will prioritize green logistics criteria and meet its carbon emission obligations.
